Let the loving energy of Reiki help your body heal itself. We will spend 1 hour realigning your energies, letting go of limitations, and relaxing the body. This session can be in-person if you are in the Denver area, or distance if you are anywhere else in the world. We will do distance sessions via Zoom.
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
